2. Products and Pricing

• Product Description: The website showcases a selection of my photography. Some of these images are available for purchase as physical prints through the online shop.
• Printing Options: Each product page offers various printing options (e.g., size, material). Prices are clearly indicated next to each option.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed both with and without VAT. Customers within Europe will be charged VAT, while customers outside Europe will see prices without VAT. Any additional shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the product page.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. The price you pay for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
• Currency: All prices are listed in EUR (€).

3. Ordering Process

• Buy Button: Once you’ve selected your preferred print option, you can use the “Buy” button to proceed. The button integrates with the Shopify checkout system.
• Checkout: The checkout process is handled through Shopify, where you can review your order, enter your shipping details, and complete your purchase using secure payment methods.

4. Shipping

• Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping is normally included in the product price. If additional shipping charges apply, they will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

5. Returns and Refunds

• Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of photographic prints, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged during shipping.
• Damaged Prints: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs of the damaged packaging and print). Upon verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
• Non-Refundable: Custom orders and prints are final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of damage as outlined above.
